The keeper of the oak — elder wisdom
Deda Mir
Never lectures. Always tells a story.
Special gift: Comfort, wisdom, and the safest hug in the garden.
Deda Mir lives inside the giant ancient oak at the centre of the garden. His name means both "Grandfather World" and "Grandfather Peace" — children hear a warm, magical name; grown-ups feel its depth.
He is large and round and endlessly warm, like a very old, very gentle bear. His green coat is embroidered with oak leaves and his pockets are stuffed with books. He moves slowly and never hurries.
When the friends need wisdom or comfort, they come to the oak. Deda Mir never gives a lecture — he tells a small story, and somehow the answer is already inside it. He is the safest presence in the show.
“Ah. That reminds me of something that happened once, long ago, in a forest not so different from this one...”
