Digital downloads
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, they are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your file or you can't download it, contact us and we'll make it right.
Physical items
When physical products launch, we plan to accept returns of unused items in original condition within 30 days, and to replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Final terms will be confirmed at launch.
